How to choose integral mast sections from Chinese market

In China, there are many factories to produce tower crane mast sections, and also there are many steel factories, The steel quality are also different. So even the mast sections of tower crane looks like the same, but there are big difference. So you need to indentify the mast sections, and know how to check the mast sections. 

There are some factors need to be check to choose the good quality of mast sections, We list some factors below for your reference:

1. Steel material. Such as the Q235 or Q355, carbon content, steel thickness, hot rolled/cold rolled of steel structure.

2. Welding, the welding wire, welding skill, welding pore or not.

3. Rust, Some regions are rusty, which which make the crane become weak. painting or not, how many layers painting.

4. Stress analysis,  Some small factories they don't have the ability to do the drawing stress analysis, so it will make the welding weak.

5. Using time, most tower cranes are over time working in China, which will make the steel structure weak to have collapsing risk.
